Jill Ginsberg is the Founder and CEO of Big Brain Recruiting, bringing over a decade of experience in the legal recruiting and leadership development industry. Throughout her career, Jill has successfully placed countless candidates at firms and companies of all sizes, consistently delivering high-caliber talent tailored to each firm’s unique needs.
With an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a B.A. from The George Washington University, Jill combines business acumen, leadership development expertise, and a deep understanding of the legal industry to create impactful, long-term career solutions for her clients. She is also the author of the award-winning humorous self-help book, Self-Made Wellionaire: Get Off Your Ass(et), Reclaim Your Health, and Feel Like a Million Bucks.
Jill is known for her East-Coast style transparency, her relationship-driven approach, and for emphasizing long-term career growth over short-term placements—because no one wants to be back on the job market in six months. Rather than relying on traditional, transactional recruiting methods, she prioritizes thoughtful matchmaking and strategic hiring partnerships that benefit both candidates and firms alike.
Prior to launching Big Brain Recruiting, Jill served as a Leadership Development Consultant, Marketing Strategist, and Motivational Speaker, working with Amazon, Microsoft, Juno Therapeutics, The Coca-Cola Company, and Zillow, among other notable clients. Her work has helped organizations refine their branding, leadership strategies, and talent acquisition processes while fostering a culture of excellence. (And yes, she’s been in enough boardrooms to confirm that most meetings really could have been an email.)
